Station Athena uses AI to generate tarot and astrology readings based on your birth data and questions. These readings are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight. They are not professional advice of any kind.
What Station Athena Is Not
Our readings are not a substitute for:
- Professional financial or investment advice
- Medical or mental health treatment
- Legal counsel
- Professional career counseling
- Therapy or psychological treatment

Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to use Station Athena.
Payments & Refunds
Free Readings: Your first reading is free. No credit card required.
Paid Readings: After your free reading, you can purchase additional readings individually or through a subscription.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your profile page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact us at hello@stationathena.io.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Resell or redistribute readings without authorization
- Harass our team or other users
Intellectual Property
Station Athena and its content (excluding your personal data and readings) belong to us. Your readings belong to you—you can save, share, or delete them as you wish. You grant us permission to store and display your readings back to you.
Disclaimer
Station Athena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that readings will be accurate, useful, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Station Athena and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that should survive (like limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
